There is a publishing opportunity available to the right people. We require a company that has the foresight to see the potential of these cartoons. Thelwell made a great deal of money for the investors of his cartoons, it is time however that a new cartoonist was invested in, so that the next generation of horse loving children can grow up with their 'Thelwell'. Hookahs Horses has to date been funded privately, which is limited. These cartoons require a company that has a variety of existing products that can be adapted to use' Hookahs Horses' as a product name. A company that is looking for a new selling opportunity...that being humorous quality cartoons.
